I stopped and then I couldn't even stand the smell of it after.

Trust me it's worth it.
Ever notice how you can't run up the stars without gasping for air? And the feeling of not having smoked is so great. I feel so proud. I've been free of smoking for 3 months and now I can't stand cigarettes. :D
